CuePo

Smart Rewards for Better Training

How do you design a training tool that works as hard as the people using it?

CuePo is a smart remote treat dispenser built to fix the pain points of legacy training hardware: jams, fussy kibble requirements, and zero data. Working as research lead and domain expert on a 3-person team, I drove the project from stakeholder interviews and a 4-competitor analysis—informed by 100+ survey responses from competitors across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia—through a 19-screen Figma prototype backed by a 20+ component library.

ReFrame

Reframe your space.

How do you make art collecting affordable when you're designing your first real space?

ReFrame is a curated art subscription platform that turns underused wall space into a rotating gallery of emerging work. I originated the concept, led the team through a mid-project pivot from a rotating rental model to a subscription box, and designed the UX and visual identity across a 26-screen Figma prototype—covering a 10-screen onboarding flow, plan selection, artist discovery, and checkout.

Hangly

Are you Hangly for hangouts?

How do you turn chaotic group chats into plans that actually happen?

Hangly is a social planning app that makes organizing hangouts feel effortless by working with real-life constraints like time, budget, and availability. A solo, research-led project: one in-depth user interview, a 3-competitor analysis that surfaced budget-aware planning as an unmet need, and two rounds of scenario-based usability testing with 4 participants—going from paper prototype to an interactive Figma prototype with micro-interactions.
